SESSION AGREEMENT

SPORT SESSION: Email will be sent to confirm time and date. 

SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 45 minutes of shooting time.  

CORPORATE PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time after set up is complete.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Sophie Kawalek.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
